HEALING PHOENIX ARTS

Mission Statement

Our mission empowers burn and trauma survivors to heal deeply
and rediscover confidence, self-worth, and joy through creativity and compassionate connection with others. We provide safe, uplifting spaces where individuals of all ages engage in art as a creative healing experience, self- expression, and Energy Healing wellness practices that nurture the mind, body, and spirit.

The Warrior Scar Jewelry and Discussion Program, allows participants to transform their personal journeys into wearable art through the framework of Post Traumatic Growth. We create opportunities for participants to discover increased relationships with others, appreciation of life, new possibilities, personal strength, and spiritual/existential change.

Vision Statement

We envision a world where every burn and trauma survivor feels seen, supported, and empowered to embrace their unique journey. Through creativity, connection, and healing, we strive to create communities that celebrate resilience, honor lived experience, and transform pain into purpose and beauty.

Christopher Gage is a Group Facilitator and Co-Founder of the Healing Phoenix Arts Program. In 2018, he was burned on 40% of his body in an explosion, and the experience of recovery became the driving force behind his mission to help others heal. During years of physical therapy and rehabilitation, Chris discovered Access Bars®, a technique that positively transformed his physical and emotional well-being, inspiring him to become a certified Practitioner. His work with Post Traumatic Growth (PTG) and as an Expert Companion equips him to support trauma survivors and give hope through their healing journeys. Chris also found personal therapy in lapidary, cutting and polishing gemstones, and now shares the healing power of art through Healing Phoenix Arts and Warrior Scar Jewelry workshops. Drawing on over 20 years in the culinary industry and his lapidary experience, he channels his skills and life experience into creative, transformative healing, fulfilling his lifelong mission to give back to the burn and trauma community. . .
